1. When we first spoke with Kyle Hickam, my husband and I had just gotten married and were looking to consolidate our insurances into one bill. After years of less than stellar customer service with other companies, speaking with Kyle was like a breath of fresh air. He broke down how our insurance worked, what the policies we chose would and would not pay for, if we were to make a claim. He also took the time to explain to us the claim process in detail, and what steps we could take to make the process easier for ourselves. In the end, my husband and I really appreciated his straight forward approach and honesty. We ended up choosing to do renters insurance as well as our car insurance with Kyle and State Farm. Since then, we’ve had very few issues with the company, as they are always more than willing to do what they can to help us.

   Our children also enjoy stopping by their office to pay the bill, as they nearly always have fresh cookies available. The folks who work in his office are always so courteous, helpful and just generally great to talk with.

   We would certainly recommend anyone interested in State Farm insurance to talk with Kyle directly.
