Received extra fees on monthly statement when no changes were made to driving record. When asked about this Pamala (the agent) had no answer, and took over two weeks to return the difference. The amount returned was less than the original amount. Again Pamala was less than helpful returning no answer as to what was going on with her mess up. The agent did nothing to justify or satisfy the wrong doing that was on the part of her and her office. If this was the only insurance agent in the state I believe I would not carry insurance, not even the required state minimum just so I would not have to have such bad customer service. I would rather stick with one company and agent that knew and would take care of me, but i think Pamala is not the right agent for this. If this agent is the face of the company then I fear the future of Farmers.
