1. He does his best to help if you have a problem. That is, unless the problem is himself because he becomes extremely defensive. The agency keeps the customers from the agents with what looks like bulletproof glass. The agent says this is because it is a bad neighborhood. He is generally friendly but also very religious and has no hesitation about criticizing your religion if it is different from his. He is out often and so many times you might go to the agency, discover he is not there, and have to return later. Even when he is there sometimes you will have to wait behind several other customers. I think he genuinely tries to be helpful and likes to make small talk with customers but this can be annoying when you are in a hurry because his hands stop moving when he is talking. But when you aren’t in a hurry, it creates a friendly, casual atmosphere. Overall, he creates an experience that seems closer to a friend than a stranger..
