My experience with Amy Glenn and her staff has been great. When we moved to town, we contacted them to set up an appointment. They were flexible with our schedule and were very accommodating. They took the time to get to know us and find out what are needs where. They recommended an product based upon what we had now, but still gave us several options to look at. They wanted to work within our budget and make sure our needs were being met. When we compared their prices to a few other insurance agencies in the area, their quote was better and we felt confident in State Farm overall. They also made sure we had all the discounts we were eligible for with their discount double check. I only wish we got to meet Aaron Rodgers!
They took time to get to know us and our needs. They talked to us about all the different products they offered through State Farm Insurance. They did this not to really sell us anything but make sure our needs were being met. For example, they would ask us about our retirement and if we told them we were with a different company, they would move on to another topic. They also spent time with us to help us plan for the future without being pushy. They really came across as genuine. They also talked about the town since we were new to the area. They helped us to feel welcomed. We truly had a very good experience with Amy Glenn and would recommend her to others in the area. “
