On the whole, my experience has been good with my current insurance agent, Don Gura. I am not often in contact with him and do not often need to contact him. He was recommended by friends and family. I currently live in a small town and it seems that many people in this area use him for their insurance needs. Luckily, there have not been any major disasters in my life in which I needed to deal with him. I will be moving out of state in approximately one year so I will likely not continue with Don Gura for my insurance needs. That being said, I hope to find another agent who can help me in similar ways as Don Gura has. Everything has been very simple in my experiences with him.
