We have been with State Farm for almost 30 years. Our first agent retired 10 years ago. He referred us to Jeff Gray. We are so glad that he did. He was an excellent choice. We have had nothing but positive experiences with him and his staff. He is always making sure that we have the lowest rates. Jeff has us come in to his office every couple years to go over our insurance with us. He makes sure that we still have the insurance that we need and if there are any discounts that we can take advantage of. I honestly believe that he cares about his customers. That we are not just a dollar sign to him.
I always recommend him to other people looking for insurance. He has gotten a lot of referrals from us.
Our agent had retired. A friend recommended him to us. He has always been very helpful. He explains things very well and is patient if you don’t understand. He has made sure we have gotten all the discounts available to us. One to time we needed to make an appointment for him to go over some information with us. We were not available during the week and they were not open on the weekday. He made an exception for us and had us come in on Saturday. This was so helpful and very much appreciated. He always makes us feel comfortable and is never pushy. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He has been in business for a long time. He has a lot of faithful customers that have been with him for a long time.
