1. I have both homeowners and auto insurance with Jane Brown State Farm. I have been insured by them for 12 years now. I have had 2 accidents and during those 2 accidents, State Farm has been completely on my side the whole time. They even came to me and jumped my car when I needed it done once on the side of the freeway. I have had one homeowner’s insurance claim in my tenure with State Farm Insurance. It was after the hurricane which hit us here in the southeast a few years ago. Our home flooded and we also had a tree go thru our roof in 2 places. State Farm had their adjusters out there within 2 days of the hurricane. I am very thankful that I have State Farm as my insurance agency.

2. Jane Brown has been around for over 30 years now and she is a local treasure. She is very polite and well versed in all types of insurance sales. She knows what the customer wants and how to make them happy. Mrs. Brown makes every customer feel like they are special. She keeps you up to date on any and all changes which have or may take place with your policy. She puts the customer first and prioritizes them over her own needs. She has multiple agents working for her and each one gives you a personal treatment, treating you like an individual and not just a number in their computer. Her staff is very friendly and willing to help with any problem which may come up. Ms. Jane does not give up on her customers and makes them number 1.

3. I have been insured with State Farm for eight years now. Recently (2 years ago) I moved from another state to southeast Georgia. I have not moved around a lot so changing insurance agents to a local agent was not something I was knowledgeable about. Well I met Miss Jane Brown at one of the local small business events and she personally spoke with me about what her State Farm office could offer over the others in the area. At the time there were two other State Farm agents, but Miss Jane was the only one at this event. She gave me her contact information, not another agent nearby, but her actual direct line to get my insurance situation taken care of. Well about 6 months ago I had a huge issue where I totaled out my vehicle. I was so unsure and nervous and had no idea what to do. So I call Miss Jane and she answers her phone soon after. This accident happened late at night, so I didn’t expect to actually get thru to my personal agent, I expected to get patched thru to State Farm’s 24 hour number for help. But Miss Jane definitely personally dealt with me and my situation. My claim process went very quickly and everything was taken care of within the week. I had a rental car the day after the accident and it was fully taken care of. Miss Jane personally helped me with finding a rental. I think she is one of the best agents I have ever had for insurance. She calmed me down and saved me from a lot of the stress related to this accident.
