1. I think that this agent has been great in many aspects. I have always been able to get the lowest price rating with this agent. Customer service has also been great and always helpful. I have never had any type of problem with this insurance agent. I have been with this company for almost three years now and have never even thought about switching to a different agency. The only thing that came close to being a problem was a billing issue that ocurred during the first few months of me being their customer. The billing address that they had was wrong so my bills were going to a different address. The issue was corrected, but they never figured out how it happened. I am almost positive I would not have put Maple st, instead of Main st. They are just two totally different street names and I knew exactly what I own address was. It was not that big deal though and I did not fuss about it much because people are going to make mistakes. I spoke with the manager and they actually waved the late fee for me since I never recieved a bill and once I realiezed that I should be getting a bill soon, it was past due and my insurace was due to end the very next day. They were very apologetic and sympathetic. I will stay with this company for as long as I can. They are great and very loyal as an insurance agency, “
