Mike and his staff are very knowledgable, personable, and helpful. They get all of my questions answered and provide us with the coverage that we need at prices we can afford. I have never called there and felt like they were in a hurry. There are times when I need to re-evaluate coverage. We have several policies with them, including four cars, homeowners, and three life insurance policies. We go over every one of these policies, periodically to be sure that we have enough coverage, or too much coverage. When I don’t understand something they are very patient and will explain things to me sometimes several times until they know that I understand. Insurance can be very complicated and hard to understand, They always take the time needed to get my questions asked. I would, and do, recommend Mike Cohen and his staff.
