He is friendly and kind but often makes us do thing things that help him sell but that are inconvenient. He requires us to do a yearly checkin with him in the office which we believe to be unnecessary and requires us to take time off work, in order to renew our policy for the year. We also receive frequent mailings selling term life insurance which we haven’t been interested in. However, if you need something he and his staff respond to requests instantaneously which is awesome. They help whenever we need it. I just wish he wasn’t always trying to sell us something, but then, I suppose that is how he supports his family as well. He is kind and thorough and is nice about us bringing our boisterous kids to the office when we need to.
