Greatest insurance agent I have ever had. One of the things they did that amazed me is I had forgotten to pay my bill and they called me and let me know i missed my payment and wanted to make sure everything was ok. I paid my bill right over the phone with the secretary and thanked them for reminding me. They also allowed my mother in law to get a policy under my account that is separate from my policy but got her the muli family discount. I had to only ever do one claim and it really was not a claim. Someone had backed into me while i was parked in a normal parking spot. I did the exchange insurance stuff and did a police report to cover any bases and when I called them to let them know what happened and it was not my fault they told me not to worry that they will handle the claim with the other company so I don’t have to waste any time with it. They actually handled it all from getting the claim to pay for my repairs to helping find a good place to do the repairs. Plus we get personal Christmas cards and birth day cards from them. They are always happy to see me when i happen to come in and are always quick to help with anything. Love them!!!”
