While the service has been reliable, the accuracy of the office staff is terrible. They make frequent mistakes, like sending my brother’s info/policies to my address and putting my husband’s driving on my brother’s policies. My brother and I have had to make multiple calls to have things sorted out. Half the time my policies and mail from them go to my brother’s house and same for him to my house. It’s very frustrating and makes us all worry that if there is a claim or disaster, we will not be fully covered because of their clerical errors. Most of the time when I call, they mistake me for my brother’s girlfriend and it’s very, very frustrating. I don’t know why they can’t keep four adults from two different houses straight, especially when we all have different first and last names and addresses.
I found Sarah through my fiancee, now husband. He had an existing auto and renter’s policy with her. After comparing his policy to what I was getting for mine with another company, I switched to Sarah. I now believe I have the best value and combining policies was easy! Sarah was able to add me to his auto policy with both my vehicles, and we save over $450 a year just on our auto insurance. Getting renter’s insurance with Sarah was a breeze. I have piece of mind knowing our belongings and valuables are protected very well, and believe that State Farm will take good care of us in the future should an emergency or disaster occur. I feel very happy with my State Farm insurance policies, and am highly satisfied with having Sarah as our agent.
