1. Ben is a great guy! I love that he is available any time day or night, by phone or email! When shopping around for homeowner’s insurance, I really shopped around. I contacted company after company before I found Ben. He took the time to answer all my questions and to make sure to go above and beyond for me and my family. He took the time to find out what we wanted and needed and then went the extra step to find us discounts that other insurance companies never mentioned. He ended up giving us coverage that went above and beyond our expectations, for way less then we could afford! He made sure it was affordable and enough to cover everything that we needed covered. I especially liked that he had no qualms about being on the phone discussing my policy for hours at 11pm on a sunday night!! Also, he is always very prompt in returning emails or messages. This was a big deal for me because I have dealt with too many insurance agents who seem perpetually unavailable to help. Ben is the opposite. He makes sure to make himself available to answer any and all questions that I may have, even down to the silly or trivial questions. He strives to go above and beyond meeting his customers’ needs and I love that!! It’s a rare find these days! Another great thing about Ben was that he took the time to work with us, step by step, throughout the buying process. He also consistently updated our account as necessary. I also love that he offered e-signing of all the required documents. Many other companies will send you a packet of papers to sign and mail back. He is an all around good guy, very personable, and friendly. You feel at ease speaking with him about your needs as well as your financial situation. He really goes out of his way to work with you to get the coverage you need at a price you can afford! “
