After I submitted quotes online, before purchasing my first car (in my name), Ara personally contacted me the same day. I answered the unknown number and, although he was a bit hard to understand, he explained the entire process to me, and vowed to work with me through the long process of purchasing the car, contacting the insurance agency, and going through the back and forth of getting the car and insuring it the same day. Two days later, he followed through on that process, offering up his cell number and even driving back to the office after 9pm to ensure Honda and myself got the paperwork we needed. He stayed with me (over phone and text) until nearly midnight. Shortly after we modified my insurance to include renter’s and overall the package was a better deal than I could have expected elsewhere. I didn’t shop around for insurance, and didn’t need to, since Ara went above and beyond to get me as a client early and meet my personal needs.
