I was given this agent by my insurance company through Safeco. I had no choice in the matter as when I moved from my old address, I had to be reassigned to a separate agent. He has helped me to make my claims in a timely manner, however, when it came to covering the cost of my rental during a claim period, he was confused at first as to how long or what type of vehicles would specifically be covered with the designated rental agency. After locating the proper information, he was able to continue the process with ease. So all in all I would say he has done a good job. Not great, but good enough. There was also a time in which it was taking too long for my car to be repaired and he was able to contact the auto shop that was working on my vehicle in order to receive more information and try to speed things along. After he made the call, he contacted me and assured me that my car would be ready within a few days and it was. That was something that I was truly grateful for.
