My experience is that they were able to get me a good rate for the insurance but also noted a substantial up front charge beyond the price of the policy. A few months later I called to have a the car on the policy replaced with another vehicle I had purchased. Again I was charged a stiff one time fee to make the change. A few months later Premier Online Insurance set up an unauthorized recurring charge on my credit card for the same amount. I did not catch this until three charges had occurred. The credit card company was able to get back the last charge, but Premier’s promises to credit me back the earlier unauthorized charges has not happened. Stay away from these people they are not ethical!!
If you are using these people call the insurance company directly and they can tell you how to change agents and keep the insurance.

I found them through a friend of mine so I decided to give them a try. The price was good enough so I signed up and got insurance through them. They sent me the paperwork and I printed everything out. The process was pretty easy. I havent needed to use them or file a claim so I cant really speak about their service very much. But when I call them they pick up the phone so thats a good thing. I guess I like them because they are cheap and I can save money so I appreciate that very much and so does my bank account. I am sure everyone loves to save save money so its really a no brainer. I know some people who like to go for the higher priced insurance but I am not like that. I prefer to save money over get premium services because to me they are more or less the same thing. I guess the only way to know for sure is to actually have to use their service which means having to file a claim, which also means something bad has to happen. I would say overall I am satisfied with the overall experience that I have had with my current insurance agent. I have no real complaints to mention. If I had to hire him again I probably would do so in a very quick second. They seem to be a reputable company and I am satisfied that I was able to find them”
