I currently used Mr. Micheal Chien as my agent for Homeowners and Car Insurance. I found his name on Yelp website and read all the comments and reviews about him. Then, I decided to contact him and have a try. The next day, he set a meeting for us, he asked me for my available time though I know he is not comfortable with the time I preferred. During our conversation, he is very gentleman, he is thorough, and i felt comfortable talking ad discussing with him about what i think my insurance rate will be. He did asked me several questions in a very courteous, friendly manner. He even laughs with me when I started to give some jokes. I thought at first he is a serious person, but no, he is not. He is very friendly. he almost agree on my rates and if he is not, he explains his opinions further. He is very patient. Though I know he has lot of things or meetings to do, he is stays calm and smiles. I really enjoyed discussing with him even though he is the owner of the company. He is handsome and has pleasing personality. At the end of the conversation, he shakes my hand and very courteously wrapped up the conversation. I think the Yelp reviews are definitely right about the performance of this agent and their agency. They are perfect. i would really refer or recommend them to everyone or anybody who needs insurance whether it is car or home insurance.
