1. I’ve heard a lot of people used this agent to get their car insurance. I have been by the location several times as it has been in the same spot for years. In fact, Thomas Baker has been in business for a long time, which is good. I only need basic car insurance as was able to get it in no time. I only had to make a phone call to be set up. I was young so I was added to the policy of my family member. I paid my portion and did not need anything else from them. It was exactly how I like to do business. They are not over intrusive or too pushy. They don’t send emails a thousand times a day and they don’t call you every other day. I pay my monthly fee and they supply my insurance. There was however a time when I was promised a certain amount of money back. I was supposed to get a rebate or something. I never heard of it, but Mr. Baker sent me a letter from his office explaining how he owed me money. I said OK. Now remember, I did not initiate this conversation nor was I aware of any rebate. I go to pick up the money from his office and they pretended like they did not know what I was talking about although I was holding a letter from his office. I was only responding to what I was told in the random letter. It was a big ordeal…Other than that, I’d say they are OK. “
