I purchased my Allstate Insurance using Allstate’s website. I didn’t so much pick my agent as I picked the insurance company, and he’s my local agent. When we first bought the policy, I had one at-fault accident on my record, my husband was 24 years old, and he had only been licensed for a year and a half.
When my husband turned 25, I knew our policy should get cheaper, as he was also no longer considered an inexperienced driver. I emailed Neil twice and never received an answer. Finally I called him to voice my concerns. He told me he would get back to me before my bi-annual bill was due. He never called me back, and I did not find out that my policy had gotten cheaper until I received the bill.
