Jeff Freeman is a fantastic asset in our community. I know him personally because I attended school with one of his children, and he is also my father’s insurance carrier. His office staff are amazing and always bend over backwards to provide services to me. Jeff thinks outside the box and comes up with creative ways to ensure that I am receiving the best quality policy for the money I can afford to pay. He never tries to upsell me on anything, and when I first approached him for homeowner’s insurance, even though I know him personally, he subjectively gave me information about his competitors in a positive way to make sure I was choosing him based on his qualifications rather than a personal relationship. He is a stand-out guy, and I would recommend him to anyone in the community for their homeowner’s insurance needs. I haven’t made the switch to him for all of my insurance needs because, honestly, he can’t match the same rates I get, but if there ever comes a time when I can, I will make that choice.
