She has been perfect.
This has been the best experience we have had with an insurance company and agent. We have been using this company for 8 years. She always returns calls. She always helps us when something goes wrong with our policy. She will personally come to my home if she cannot get me on the phone. She will always come out when I need to sign papers or if I need questions answered. She would call me from home after having a baby to tell me if I needed to do something. We have had several insurance companies over the years and this is the best agent we have ever had. We had always had different agents when dealing with online companies like Progressive. I don’t think I’d ever switch agents if I had the choice.
