My wife recommended to me Mayville Insurance Agency when we first started dating in 1999. I moved my insurance accounts to Mayville Insurance in 2000, after my wife and I were married. Previously, I had been with another independent agent, and I was not pleased with their ability to find quality, competitive rates, or to provide honest, reliable coverage when it came time to make the occasional claim. However, I have to say that I have been very impressed with Mayville Insurance Agency over the years, and the team that Brad Steinbach has put together. Between the home and auto policies, I would say that my wife have probably made a total of three claims in the past 15 years, so I wouldn’t consider us high maintenance clients, but at the same time, the team at Mayville Insurance has always taken care of our needs promptly and without hassle.
I have been with Mayville Insurance Agency for over twelve years now. I fell that they have done a good job over that time of providing me with reasonable rates, typically reviewing with me which rates that they have been shopping and how they compare to the rate that I am receiving. They have always provided me with reliable customer service, responding to my calls when I have a question, or on the handful of occasions in the pat decade that I have had to make a claim. Aside for one instance where we had an issue with a third-company that Mayville Insurance chose to contract with, we have never really had a complaint with their service in the twelve years that we have been customers with Mayville Insurance. I feel like Mayville Insurance is genuinely looking for the best coverage for me, at the most affordable rate, and I truly appreciate the time and effort that they put into my insurance needs. I appreciate not having to take the time to shop the rates myself, and having the peace of mind knowing that I have a company that is working to provide me with the most affordable coverage possible, while still keeping in mind the protection the my family and I need to keep our home and possessions safe and secure. In summary I would say that my experience has been very positive overall, and that I would definitely recommend Mayville Insurance to anyone who has insurance needs of their own.
