Ann is always willing to answer phone calls and then stay on the phone with you until you are satisfied. She is always cheerful and I can never detect a note of impatience in her voice. I recently totaled my car, and she made sure I got my check as soon as possible, and even a separate check to cover the cost of my child’s car seat that needed to be replaced. I was even able to rent a car for a month for only about $5 a day. Then, when I thought everything was settled and done, the owners of the property where I wrecked decided they needed some money, too. I just called her, and she took care of it. I never heard from them again. The whole process went as smoothly as I could have hoped for. She’s fantastic and very good at her job.
