1. My grandfather was a lawyer for State Farm, and that is why we stay loyal to them as a company. Jennifer started taking over our account about 5 years ago. In the time frame since whenever there are issues present if you go to her office they are little to no help. I ended up calling the 1-800 number to get better results when my car had been destroyed by a tree in early November. This is where I got a little upset. After trying to deal with this and being told I basically had no options other than to give up the car and there was nothing they could do I was pretty upset. My birthday happened to be the following week of the tree crushing my car. Within a week of going home without my car and trying to determine my best course of action I got a letter in the mail wishing me a happy birthday on a very systematically filled out card. It seemed so disingenuous to me that I have considered changing.

2. Just last month I was involved in a car accident. My agent did everything I asked for. She went above and beyond what I needed done. I insisted on getting new car seats for my children and have insurance pay for them, Insurance disagreed. But Jennifer made sure I got my way. My car had extensive damaged and Jennifer sent me to the most repituable auto body repair shop in the area. I receieved emails to keep updated on what was going on with the claim. I got emails regarding my rental car, body shop and the carseats. I was able to communicate by phone, text and email with my agent which was super useful as having 2 small children its not always possible to sit down and talk on the phone.

3. Jennifer has been very helpful and accommodating. I’m a student and moved off of my father’s insurance when i got my own car, she has helped me to make sure that I was getting the best deals possible and to make sure that I have the coverage I need. She has been very understanding with my changing needs and whenever I call into her office with a problem I feel like they really care about my issues.

   My only complaint is that when I got in an accident the office had not properly updated my phone number to my cell, and so they called my father, who i had been hoping to avoid letting know that I had gotten into an accident.

   I would definitely recommend other people use Jennifer as their agent.
