1. Jed has always been helpful when we needed documentation last minute or anything we needed in a short amount of time. For example, He was out of town and we needed documentation to prove we had insurance. He immediately emailed us the documents and we were able to easily prove our insurance ownership. Jed is easy to reach and responds quickly to emails and phone calls. He stays in contact with us and keeps us updated with new changes or information that would benefit us. We found him through a friend. His wife referred us to him because we were in need of a new insurance agent. We have doing business with him for several years and have multiple insurance plans with him. He is easy to work with and we have never had any negative issues with him as a person. We also trust him and know he will provide the best options for us as we own our own business and purchase insurance for our business through him as well. Of course, everyone wishes the insurance rates wouldn’t go up the way they do but that has nothing to do with Jed. That is just part of the insurance business, especially a large insurance company like Farmers. Overall, the experience has been positive and we have nothing to address negatively.
