On a business level, his office has handled any and all claims that I have had to make in the past 14 years without a question or doubt. They’ve always helped me to find service when I need it, are available for quotes when needed and worked with me to get the best possible premium available to me a the given time. As for claims, they’ve helped me file them correctly and not get screwed over by either party. He never made me feel like he was talking down to me or making me feel like anything was ever my fault on my claims.
