I first reached out to Jim Soriano about three years ago for renters insurance for my apartment. I did all of my paperwork and application materials online. Everything was accepted and Jim’s office reached out to confirm everything. There were no issues then, and I have never had an issue with this renter’s insurance.
About a year later, I added car insurance to my plan. For this plan, I went into Jim’s office and met with them directly. While there, they went through potential coverage and made suggestions/gave me tips on what to do. They were very helpful and had me all set up and ready to go within a couple hours. Since that meeting I haven’t been in the office, but I have talked on the phone and emailed with Jim on numerous occasions – always very pleasant. Recently, I updated my car insurance policy online and received a call from Jim’s office within the hour to confirm these changes.
My experience with Jim and his office has been fast, efficient, and very helpful. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
