Never get an answer when you call their office!!! Not sure how you can run a good insurance business if you don’t even have someone in the office to answer your clients phone calls!
I made a mistake on my end and needed help from my agent (He claimed if I ever had an issue to call him first) but instead of helping me he yelled at me, my grandma (who is going through chemotherapy at the moment and isn’t feeling well as is), and my dad. I have explained to him that I need a letter of proof of insurance (super simple) and instead of helping get what I need it has been a constant battle!!! I had to go over his head and speak with someone on the east coast to get this handled! Will NEVER recommend State Farm to anyone looking for insurance.. Funny thing, I used to brag about how well my agent helped me out and was there for me. I guess that changes when you actually need something done! I was told to look for new insurance by Dino because he was incapable of helping me. Good customer service!!”
When our family started to include more drivers (i.e., the kids started to grow up), we needed to insure more people through Dino. Initially, he had an employee that worked really hard to ensure that we were getting the best value through State Farm. She eventually left his office for another State Farm office. When she left, our rates went up consistently month over month. We called Dino and attempted to resolve the issue with him. When we were unable to find the source or an explanation for the rising rates, we attempted to get in touch with this great employee and switch to her office, but Dino would have none of it. He threw a temper tantrum and attempted to get this really great employee fired. He prevented the transfer of our accounts for as long as possible. He lost customers of over 20 years because he was immature.
