Working with this agent was a streamlined and efficient experience that made me feel glad to be in his hands.
The entire home buying process can be pretty hard to understand and especially the insurance aspect of it, but fortunately, Thomas from Wells Fargo Insurance was able to help us understand this aspect of the process, getting us set up with a Safeco policy. We had a call in which he asked me a few questions regarding where we lived and the place itself. He then explained to me what I could expect from the type of insurance that I was buying. He told me I would get a discount if I had an alarm system as well. However, we decided to forgo the alarm system because we live in a safe neighborhood, we believe. At one point, my closing got moved back from the original date, and Thomas was quick to update any important documents to represent the change. Overall, it was really nice working with him and Wells and Safeco.
