In a couple of instances. we needed help with making a claim against another driver’s insurance company; State Farm, as represented by Ms Bass and her agents, ran interference with us, assisted us in every detail in making the claim and seeing that it got paid, and in getting our car repaired. When we recently obtained a third car for our daughter to drive, the staff member assisting us made every effort to recommend the correct coverage at the most affordable price, and did not try to sell us more coverage than we needed. They are happy to provide us with the service we need and are always helpful in recommending the best and most cost effective option.
