I had a really great experience with my agent. I selected Chuck because of his proximity to my place of dwelling, in case I ever needed to visit his office. They fixed the issue within a week and my documents were prepared correctly on the first go, leaving me completely ready to turn my proof of insurance in to my apartment complex. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work and the friendliness of my agent and his assistant. I would highly recommend Chuck, and I actually did to my roommate, and he is also one of my roommate’s agents. Neither of us have had any problems with him and we’ve both been very pleased with how all of our concerns were handled. I’d highly recommend Chuck and plan to stick with him in the future.
