A few years back I was looking to switch car insurance companies because my current rate had increased to more than I thought was reasonable. I had been with my previous company for many years so I called them to see what they could do and they offered me no discounts. So, I proceeded to look for a new insurance company. I researched many different companies and got quotes from several of them before finally settling on Mike Lucas at State Farm. I made an initial inquiry online to which he responded very quickly to discuss my car insurance needs. He then said he would write up some options and email them to me. He did this very quickly too and it was great to have everything in my email for me to print out and evaluate. I have since changed my coverage a few times and every interaction I’ve had with him has been very easy and straightforward. He was eager to help me determine whether or not it would be helpful or harmful to combine policies with my mother whom I was living with at the time. Overall, he was very helpful and accommodating.
