Bob Fuller is a great agent. I’ve been with him for about 8 years now. I have homeowners and two car insurance policies with him. Other rates in my area have been double the price. Bob Fuller has always suggested ways to keep rates low. Luckily I haven’t needed to file any claims, but friends of mine that have gone through him got money to repair their vehicles very quickly. He provides after hours work if we need it. There’s been a few issues with billing when we get new cars. He’s invited us into his office to privately discuss the issues and he addressed them. The communication is always there if there’s an issue he’ll tell us right away. He keeps his staff happy at work whenever we call they have answers right away. He’s very organized.
