   I've never had any problems with her office or with State Farm in general and our questions and claims are always handled promptly.

   Generally, with State Farm you don’t necessarily have direct contact with your agent unless you wish. If I have policy or claim questions, I call her office to get the answers and they are always helpful and are interested in helping to process claims if desired or talk about policy additions or changes. However, when it comes to claims, it is actually easier to process the claim through the State Farm website, so we haven’t had much needed to contact her over the years. We originally contacted her for homeowners insurance when we purchased our first house decades ago and found her helpful and friendly so we just stuck with her. To be honest, sometimes I forget she’s our agent unless we receive notices from her. I like that. I don’t need constant attention.
