I had no issues with this agent. He was always orderly and timely about taking care of my insurance. He was nice and had a pleasant demeanor and attitude the entire time. I didn’t feel out of place or uneasy even during the silent times when information needed to be entered. He understood all of my concerns and did his best to get me the best possible quote. Every time I came in to pay my bill he was always ready to take care of my needs without any unnecessary waiting time.
The office was a little cluttered but clean and open with plenty of sunlight and happy faces from the other agent working at the time. I only ever had one issue with this company and it had nothing to do with the office or the staff. It had to do with the money hungry insurance provider. I missed my due date by one day and this caused my rates to go up because of a previous price increase I had managed to avoid during my sign up but as this is a pay as you go company, they had me start a new policy. I didn’t have the money to pay on the day it was due but it’s smart to charge me more, surely I can come up with the larger amount much easier.
Overall this is a great agency as far as the place and staff but you get what you get with these fly by night companies and you will get quotes from all the carriers so be sure you understand which company you’ve signed up with and their payment policies.
