1. While having insurance from this agency the service has been good in the area of getting special help with lost insurance cards and other services. The few times I have had to make a claim with them in the instance of having been in an accident that was my fault they handled the situation without requiring me to do anything. My rates were not raised either because of it. However, when the situation has been reversed and I needed to make a claim against another insurance agency due to an accident, I received no assistance from them even when the other insurance agency was clearly the ones that were to pay. The answer I got often was if you pay to have the repairs done and then turn it in to use we will assist you. This does not work well if you don’t have the money to make the repairs in the first place. On all other issues not involving direct accidents they have been most helpful. I can get my lost insurance cards directly emailed to me so that I do not have to make a trip by their office to pick one up. Telephone assistance has always been top notch. I just wish they were more accomodating when you need to have help dealing with other insurance companys regarding claimes. Overall, I have been pleased with the prices my insurance agent has offered me and they always try to help me get the best deal when it comes to price.
