I read plenty of good reviews about them. This was the cheapest and fastest insurance I could get locally and while the branch itself was rated low, this person seemed to shine through and get great reviews. When I went in, I saw and spoke with them and to be honest, it felt like many of the other salesmen there were very fake and only like the type of people who liked to tack on additional, unnecessary insurance policies to inflate their numbers. This person truly took into consideration what it is exactly what I was looking for and no more which was amazing because I was low on funds and usually sales people get snippy with you. This guy was a true exception to the rule so I will always pass along their info to my friends.
