1. We first met Edith when we moved to our current home and part of our mortgage was that we had to pay for our own homeowners insurance. WE had only rented before and never had to have homeowners insurance so we did not know where to start. I looked in our local phone book and started calling every agency in town and made an appointment with Edith because her numbers were cheaper than the rest. When we went to our appointment she was very nice and seemed to understand what we were going through. She got us a deal with our homeowners insurance and our vehicle insurance so that we would have a lower payment. She lets us pay every 6 months which is good for us so we don’t have to worry about it every single month. So far, we have been pleased. Our payments have been getting lower and lower because they go down as long as you keep with them and pay on time twice a year. That is convenient for us because we like having our bills get lower instead of getting higher.
   Also, Edith works most days of the week, so we can always get a hold of her. She gave us her lines number so we can get straight to her. She knows us by our first name now which is nice when we go in to renew. We can even renew online without going into the office. But we usually go in to have her look up any new deals that might be available to us. “
