I first got auto insurance from Jeri because my parents had always used State Farm. Her office was the nearest State Farm agent to me when I moved to California.
Later, when I bought a house, I added homeowner’s and liability, and term life insurance until the mortgage was paid off. When I got married, Jeri showed me that, contrary to my expectation, we could save a ton of money by moving my wife’s insurance from AAA; amazingly we ended up paying even less to State Farm that way than before — adding my wife’s auto saved more on our liability policy than the new auto insurance cost! Most recently we bought long-term-care insurance.
Jeri has always been prompt about answering questions and pro-active about changes we need to make as time goes by, but I have never felt like she was trying to sell us something we do not need. We haven’t made many claims over the years, but what claims we filed were always handled smoothly and professionally.
