I have been unable to find a competitive price for insurance with any other agency, and I have checked other national brands as well as local insurance agents; all quotes I received were significantly higher than the State Farm policies I have held with Virginia Walls. Whether handling questions, concerns, or changes with insurance or applying for a loan with State Farm, Virginia’s office provides outstanding customer care and does their best to balance this needs of the customer with the business side of the insurance agency. I have not had any issues with the agency during the 21 years since I first purchased a policy with them. Virginia Wall Insurance Agency provides excellent service. Highly recommended!”
She has always been very pleasant with me. Any time we have had a problem, she is always been there to help us. I have only good things to say about how she handles our insurance needs. When my husband had a wreck last year it did not take much time for the claim to be settled and we were pleased with what she got for us from the claim. Any time I need answers to insurance questions, she will go out of her way to find me the answer if she does not know it herself. I would send friends and family there for there insurance needs. She is always just a phone call away if we need information or when something happens and we need to start a claim.
