We met Bill through my family. My family had always carried Farm Bureau insurance and he had been my cousin’s agent. I called him and he made time for me right away. He was courteous, of course, but beyond that, he also made it as easy on me as possible. He would make sure each step was as convenient and quick as possible. I also loved that he didn’t try to up-sell us too much. If I said xx” is what I can afford, that was what he sold us and not a penny more. He also tried to find us the best bang for our buck, giving us tons of options to suit us and then letting us mull it over with no pressure His language was simple, not filled with jargon that laypeople don’t understand and it didn’t feel like he was just trying to make a sale. It was refreshing. I am now considering moving my auto insurance to him because of our good experience.
