1. My first experience with Lauster came last year when I was debating on whether to switch over to Geico or stay with All State. I decided to visit the local All State branch and see if they were willing to offer me any discounts if I chose to stay with them instead of switching to Geico. Lauster was the agent I met with and I knew right away that I would probably end up staying with All State just by the way he treated me and made me feel like he was my friend and not just another insurance agent. I reviewed our insurance plan with him and he found a way to reduce our overall costs so I decided to stay with All State and he made the decision very easy!”

2. Our hurricane insurance was unexpectedly cancelled in 2014. My insurance renews at the end of June, after the storm season has started. We were in a really tough spot, as many companies will not issue policies during the hurricane season. I had called several agents, and called several companies directly with no luck. In South Florida, most companies will not insure homes, so we are already dealing with a very small pool of companies.

   I was at the point of having to go onto the waiting list for the state pool insurance, with a rate over over $12,000 a year. If that had happened, I would have lost my home. That would be an extra $1000 a month added to my mortgage in escrow. But Mr. Adkins found me great insurance – both regular homeowners and hurricane insurance – for less than $3000 a year. I cannot recommend him highly enough!”
