1. Kevin was extremely helpful when I was shopping for a new insurance policy. I purchased a new car and needed to expand my coverage to it. I was unhappy with the prices given to me by my previous insurance company, so I shopped for new options. It took me a while but I eventually landed on Mercury Insurance and asked for someone to contact me through the Mercury website. Kevin contacted me soon after and he was very quick and respectful in answering all of my questions. Having had only liability coverage on my old car, I had plenty of questions about the coverage that I would be applying to my brand new vehicle. I was also unsure of how Renter’s Insurance worked, but I was interested in a policy there as well. Kevin expertly guided me through how the Renter’s Insurance would work and then was very patient with me as we exchanged probably 50 emails as I asked him question after question. Because I was at work and unable to use the phone but still wanted to be able to get things done, Kevin assisted me in getting almost everything done through email. Up until the last few things which necessitated a phone call to confirm a few details, he and I were able to proceed through almost all of the paper work and get everything done in the span of a few hours. Later, I had some more questions about changing my coverage and Kevin was again a great help and guided me through with a caring and understanding hand.
