My experience with Ed Thompson’s State Farm agency in regards to my auto insurance policy has been a very positive one. I switched over after using Allstate for about 25 years. I needed someone who was more personable and could get me a less expensive policy. I also wanted someone who I could reach more easily than my previous insurance agent could be.
As Ed Thompson and his staff clearly knew what discounts I qualified for, an agent was able to help me cut my costs to about 1/3rd of what it had been with Allstate. I am pleased that this amount has remained consistent since I switched to State Farm about 6 years ago.
I have not had any accidents during my time with them, but I know they are easy to get in touch with, and are always very helpful. I am also pleased that they are in close proximity to where I live, as it is only about five minutes away. I am glad that I have great success in getting quick responses whether I call and reach someone or leave a message, and with their consistent ready to help attitude.
