I moved to New York last year and just kept using State Farm. When I went to the DMV they told me I needed to get an updated insurance card, and conveniently enough the State Farm office is right next door. The State Farm employee was unbelievably difficult to work with, she only wanted to talk about her social life or try to get me to do whatever she wanted. I had a very difficult time getting her to focus on what I needed, and by the time I did, she said I had to go BACK to the DMV, wait in line again, and get some paperwork that she insisted she needed. It made absolutely no sense to me, and when I went back to the DMV they confirmed I didn’t actually need any of the stuff the State Farm woman said, and that she was always doing/saying stupid things like that because she liked feeling important. They walked me back over, told the woman to print out what I needed, and I left. I have no desire to ever go back into this location.
