i have been insured with Allstate through James Lelii for the last ten to eleven years. I have never had a bad experience with him. He works hard for his customers. As I said earlier, I feel comfortable that he is giving me the best rates available. He has a persona of being honest, which is not common of insurance agents. I once had an accident, and needed to file a claim. It was my first time doing so, and I really did not know what I was doing. James helped me every step of the way. He followed up to make sure that I was okay, and the entire process was handled quickly and cleanly. I did not feel short-changed, or that he did not want the best for me. Thank God that my car was not totaled. I got a fair and accurate estimate. I paid my deductible, and James took care of the rest. I was even able to get my car fixed at the dealer instead of one of these shady collision places that don’t really just put a bandaid on your car.
