1. I would initially walk by his office almost every day for work, not really noticing it. A month after buying my house I realized I needed homeowners insurance. I wanted to buck the trend of just going online, I wanted personalized service not to talk to an online chat-bot or be stuck on the phone forever. I was happy that I found Mr Yuster. Immediately he was warm and helpful. We were able to sign up for home insurance in minutes, and he was very responsive to my questions, of which he answered immediately. We were able to get a fair price from a reputable agent. Luckily I haven’t been able to file a claim on my homeowner’s insurance, but if I were I am confident in Kfir’s ability to handle it professionally a, respectfully, and effectively.

2. I have walked by this agency several times and decided to go in one day to compare the coverage I had with Liberty Mutual. Kfir was not there but his assistant, Teresa, is a joy to work with. She reviewed my homeowners and auto policies and offered my the exact same coverage at a savings of almost $4,000 per year. She helped my with the transition from Liberty Mutual to Allstate in terms of my mortgage, etc., and it all went very smoothly.
   Teresa waves to me every time I walk past the agency, and provides quick answers to all of my questions. I rated this a 4 instead of a 5 because my auto insurance rates have gone up 2 years in a row and I don’t know why. I will ask Teresa the next time I see her. I have recommended this agency to neighbors.
