I had to get renter’s insurance based on my lease. I wish I had been forced to earlier because it is very cheap for the amount it covers. I did everything online but then called Dan. I often fix other people’s computers and wanted to make sure their stuff would be covered. I also have a lot of extra parts laying around from upgrades or if they needed a whole new computer I would keep the working parts from their old one. He said it would all be covered but for an extra $1.20 a month I could increase the coverage to automatically pay out a minimum of $10000 rather than try to declare and prove everything individually which I wouldn’t be able to do. I appreciated that he understood the situation I was in and had a solution available to me.
