I inherited this agent from my mom and dad. I was using one in the next town over, but she decided that it was okay to not send in our payments and let our insurance lapse. I didn’t want to go with State Farm again, but let my dad talk me into it. They are a small office in a small town, so they at least seem to know people and know what they need. I wish it was easier to make payments, I don’t like making them over the phone. If there is a better way, no one has ever told me about it. I also hate that they will not tell you what your bill is going to be. Not sure how I am supposed to plan to pay it when they won’t even tell me how much it’s going to be. I asked in January what my bill would be at the end of April when it’s due again. I was told that they couldn’t tell me that because they can’t see that far ahead”. I think this is a total crock of crap. They should always be able to give me at least a general idea. Insurance is nothing but a money pit racket anyway. You pay and pay and then when something happens, they do everything within their power to make sure that you do not get paid.
