I am very grateful that I have never had to make a claim against my auto insurance and I take that as a great indication that I am living live in the proper way. Nevertheless through the years my insurance needs have changed. For a time an elderly parent came to live with me and needed to be added to my policy. Robert and his staff made it easy enough for me to accomplish this with a phone call and everything was taken care of. When it came to to remove my dad from the policy it was just as easy to remove him.
For a time I was doing a great deal of personal travel and I wanted to have a policy that would apply to rental cars on the road so I did not have to keep buying duplicate insurance as I traveled. Robert’s office helped me find a policy that would accomplish that and in the end it saved me quite a lot of money.
As I have aged and the miles on I drive has significantly dropped off, I was looking for policy alternatives that would enable me to have all the coverage I need but not be so expensive because I just don’t drive the miles I used to. This is where Robert and his office staff impressed me the most because they contacted me and explained how I could change my coverage to reduce my costs. I actually never got around to contacting the office about this myself, but they contacted me and showed me how I could get a senior driver discount and cut my costs by 20 percent.
I feel very lucky to have picked Robert as my agent and I do not believe I could have found a better one.
